So Husband is watching "Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares" on the BBC, and the waitstaff at this restaurant is in the process of learning the new & improved menu, and how to pitch it to the customers.  They are having trouble learning it, being confident, etc while they are talking, and it's taking a long time.  I kid you not, Gordon Ramsay just said "OK ( Read more... )
